Fetal hydantoin syndrome

• Major anomalies include :

 heart defects, cleft lip or palate, skeletal malformations and microcephaly, IUGR and learning disability.

• Minor malformations include :


 strabismus, hypertelorism, distal digital hypoplasia, nail hypoplasia, clubfoot, broad nasal bridge and abnormal dermatoglyphic patterns.
