Warfain

• Warfarin embryopathy occurs in 15-25% of pregnancies when used in the first trimester
• Most common features are nasal hypoplasia and stippled epiphyses / malformed vertebral bodies

• Other features include hydrocephalus, microcephaly, IUGR, eye abnormalities and post-natal developmental delay
