ARF - Pre-renal

1. Haemorrhage - APH / PPH / miscarriage
2.  Hyperemesis gravidarum
3.  Septic shock
4.  Adreno-cortical failure usually secondary to inadequate steroid cover in women on long-term corticosteroid therapy
 

Incompatible blood transfusion causes renal failure secondary to haemolysis and haemoglobinuria

Acute hydramnios and broad ligament haematoma cause post-renal renal failure by ureteric obstruction
