OHSS - Risk factors

  1. Young age
  2. Low body weight
  3. PCOS
  4. High dose of gonadotrophins (rare with oral ovulation induction)
  5. Large number of oocytes retrieved
  6. High oestradiol levels on the day of HCG administration
  7. Pregnancy
