1. Chondrodysplasia punctata (stippled epiphyses, malformed vertebral bodies, nasal hypoplasia), 
2. microcephaly, 
3. hydrocephalus, 
4. IUGR, 
5. congenital cataract, 
6. asplenia syndrome, 
7. diaphragmatic hernia,
8. Fetal intra-cerebral and retro-placental haemorrhages
