IDDM

• Poorly controlled IDDM associated with increased risk of maternal UTI, fetal anomaly including sacral agenesis and cardiac defects.

• Risk of polyhydramnios is increased with spontaneous pre-term labour

• IDDM is not associated with oesophageal atresia
